The task of creating a database to systematise the Global Gravity Models (GGMs) description can be divided into 4 sub-tasks:
- Designing metadata scheme in accordance with DataCite scheme
- Configuring the relational database and data mapping from DB to .xml
- Deploying the database within the ICGEM infrastructure
- Presenting the database to the users' benefit on the icgem website
